Both calendars below are calendars that should be used to show room availability.

 

The first calendar is a wix app, it can be automatically synced with a outlook calendar however that is an upgraded feature.  (Currently on free version of the app). The free version does the same thing, the events just have to be added manually. Since it is a wix app it will conform to any screen you are viewing on like cell phones.

The bottom calendar is a embedded HTML outlook calendar, which functions just the same. However I'm still working on making it conform to different screen sizes. And since the code is coming from outlook, there is no cost.

For both calendars, it would require the team to have a dedicated "event calendar" in your outlook domain. The only people that would have access is SOH staff.
