Recognized by Rolling Stone as one of the top emerging bands and honored with the Best Live Band award from the Southeastern Music Awards, LEVON delivers an innovative blend of rock, soul, and pop that resonates deeply with fans. Their name pays tribute to the legendary Levon Helm of The Band and Elton John's hit “Levon,” reflecting a rich musical heritage of the 1970's artist/songwriter generation. The trio features Michael David Hall on guitar and lead vocals—with a soaring five-octave range—Sumter's own Jake Singleton on bass and percussion, and Ryan Holladay on guitar and mandolin.

This free concert is a special invitation to the Sumter community in a display of "uncommon patriotism" and continuing supporting our military heroes.

Celebrate history with a musical tribute and fundraiser supporting the new Lincoln Museum & Heritage Complex - honoring the legacy of Lincoln High School and Sumter’s African American community. The concert features acclaimed tenor Victor Ryan Robertson, known for his performances in opera and Broadway; gifted pianist and composer Adrianne Duncan, who has performed internationally and contributed to Grammy-nominated recordings; and visionary cellist Jeffrey Zeigler, celebrated for his groundbreaking work with the Kronos Quartet and collaborations with musical icons like Yo-Yo Ma. The program will showcase specially arranged, rare spirituals.
