The Adventures of Tortoise & Hare: The Next Generation

Lightwire Theatre's stellar cast takes us a little further into the story of Aesop's classic fable Tortoise and Hare.  With dazzling visuals, poignant storytelling, and the creative use of music from classical to pop, the production brings this tale into a new landscape of modern-day life experiences.

An Evening of Comedy with
the Karens

At a time when we occasionally cross paths with insolent “Karens,” it’s nice to know that some real good Karens exist. National headlining comedians Karen Mills and Karen Morgan join together to bring you an evening of comedy filled with lots of laughter and zero toxic behavior. They both bring a different hilarious point of view to this clever and clean comedy show.

Christmas with the Celts

First, there was Riverdance, then Celtic Woman, now the popular PBS Pledge show Christmas with The Celts which is touring across the U.S and makes a stop at the Sumter Opera House.  The show presents the perfect combination of ancient Irish Carols, contemporary Christmas standards, spontaneous humor, and thrilling Irish dancing giving audiences a most memorable Christmas experience.

Warehouse Theatre presents Romeo & Juliet

Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene...
Warehouse Theatre performs the Shakespearian tragedy as only Warehouse Theatre can do.  Known for subtle twists and adaptations, Warehouse Theatre production of Romeo & Juliet is sure to thrill audiences of all ages.  This performance will also feature a 10:00am matinee performance for our YES program

The Lettermen

April 21, 2023 •  7:30pm

Donovan Tea, Bobby Poynton, and Rob Gulack, each of whom are entertainers in their own right, have kept the unique three-part harmony alive as only The Lettermen can achieve. With iconic songs like "Hurt so bad", and "When I fall in love", and "Goin out of my head" the legacy continues.  This concert has been rescheduled to April 21, 2023
